In Indore, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, opened a new 128-slice CT scan machine at MGM Medical College's Super Specialty Hospital. He also inaugurated a newly constructed (G+2) block at the Government Dental College, which was built at a cost of approximately Rs 6 crore. The state-of-the-art machine, donated by the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, will greatly enhance the hospital's diagnostic capabilities. CM Yadav cut the ribbon of the new CT scan room, prayed, and received a detailed briefing about the machine and the features it offers. The Public Works Department constructed the new building at the dental college to address space constraints highlighted by the Dental Council of India during inspections. Additionally, the state government is in the process of installing an OPG machine and 75 dental chair units at the dental college through the Madhya Pradesh Public Health Corporation, benefiting both undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as outpatients.

CM Yadav expressed that these new medical facilities reflect their dedication to improving healthcare services in the state. He emphasized that the advanced CT scan machine will aid in early disease detection and precise diagnoses, while the new building at the dental college will provide students with top-notch facilities. During his visit to Indore, Yadav also inspected the upcoming ISBT at MR-10, expected to be operational by December. He announced that Indore will soon host India's largest inter-state bus terminal (ISBT), designed like an airport. This cutting-edge facility will become a significant landmark for the city and the state, contributing to the overall infrastructure development.The 15-acre facility, built at a cost of Rs 101 crore by IDA, is expected to enhance the travel experience for passengers, especially with the upcoming Simhastha religious gathering. The terminal is capable of handling up to 80,000 passengers daily and accommodating 1,440 buses round the clock. It will include 14 ticket counters, a 1,000-vehicle parking facility, 43 bus platforms, a VIP lounge, a food court, and various other amenities. Additionally, the CM inaugurated a library at Holkar Science College and assured employees at the Sanchi Dairy Plant in Indore that there will be no layoffs, emphasizing the government's commitment to boosting the state's dairy sector. The CM also unveiled a statue of martyr Amrita Devi Bishnoi at the city forest, costing Rs 30 lakhs, as a tribute to her community's sacrifice in environmental protection. Lastly, during the CM's visit to Indore, he received blessings from Praman Sagar Maharaj and learned about the 'Health of Indore Campaign', which involved conducting blood tests for around 50,000 people.
